Indonesia shown a good performance when defeated by Jordan in warm-up match for World Cup qualifier

Ahead of the match against Iran in in the World Cup qualifier, the Team Garuda to be defeated by the host Jordan with a thin score 1-0.

Indonesia was forced to lose in a friendly match against Jordan at the Amman International Stadium, having previously always achieved positive results in two recent friendly match, in August 27. However, it was quite satisfactory game for Indonesia. Moreover, the Jordan's goal created by Abdullah Deeb due to mistakes from Markus Horison in anticipation of the corner kick.

In this match, Team Garuda was much more to played in their defense. Mainly in the first half where the Firman Utina many rely on counterattacks. The goalkeeper Fery Rotinsulu had to work hard by doing a brilliant safe of a shoot by Amer Deeb. Unfortunately Fery only played 29 minutes after received a knee injury, he was replaced by Markus Horison.

When Markus appeared, Indonesia's goalkeeper remains safe until halftime. Although he kept being bombarded by Jordan attacker. Until halftime, the score remained 0-0. The goalkeeper Markus Horison finally concluded after 50 minutes through by corner kick from Abdullah Deeb, the ball directly rolled into the goalkeeper Markus.

In the remaining of conditions, Indonesia has not been able to develop the game. There's not much chance that they can be up to the second round after 70 minutes. Jordan actually did more attacking and long shooting from outside the penalty box. Luckily two chances of the host can be anticipated Markus.

Not satisfied with the attacking side, Indonesian coach, Wim Rijsbergen entered some new names which have a attacking style, as Irfan Bachdim and Ferdinand Sinaga. But disastrous for the Team Garuda, entering the end of game, Bambang Pamungkas lost to injury after got a tackle from defense of Jordan.

With the discharge of Bambang made the attacking composition was changing. Irfan is now paired with Ferdinand. Unfortunately this young strikers did not produce some significant results. Until the end of the game, the score remained 1-0 for the victory of the Jordan.
