Thailand announced squad to face Australia in World Cup qualifier

The Thais will start their campaign in the third round World Cup qualifier on September 2.

Thailand is preparing to take their tough opponents in the third round of World Cup qualifier, the Thais will face their first match against Asian's favourite side Australia. Therefore, FA of Thailand (FAT) have announced the squad which will take Australia, at the Suncorp Stadium Brisbane.

THAILAND SQUAD

GOALKEEPERS: Sinthaweechai Hathairattanakool (Chonburi), Sivaruk Terdsungnern (Buriram PEA) and Chatchai Butprom (Osotspa M-150).

DEFENDERS: Phaitoon Tiebma (Muang Thong), Suttinun Phukhom (Chonburi), Chonlatit Jantakam (Chonburi), Teerathorn Boonmathan (Buriram PEA), Supachai Komsil (Bangkok Glass), Niweat Siriwong (Pattaya) and Prathum Chuthong (Osotspa M-150).

MIDFIELDERS: Jakkraprom Kaewprom (Buriram PEA), Datsakorn Thonglao (Muang Thong), Adul Lasoh (Chonburi), Suchao Nutnum (Buriram PEA), Surat Sukha (Buriram PEA), Pokklao Anan (Insee Police), Arthit Sunthornpit (Chonburi), Piyapol Buntao (Muang Thong) and Rangsan Vivatchaichok (Buriram PEA).

STRIKERS: Teerasil Dangda (Muang Thong), Chatree Chimtalay (Bangkok Glass), Sompong Sorleb (Buriram FC) and Sarayuth Chaikamdee (Bangkok Glass).
